These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Wayward Media Inc.’s (“Wayward Media,” “we,” “us,” “our”) websites, services, and content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services.
You may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and must notify us of unauthorized use.
Digital Services may include consulting, subscriptions, media products, or downloads. Physical Goods, if offered, are subject to our Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations Policy.
All purchases are billed in USD. By providing payment details, you authorize us (and our processor, e.g., Stripe) to charge your method. Recurring subscriptions will auto-renew until cancelled.
You agree not to use Services in violation of law, sanctions, or export controls; or to engage in fraud, abuse, harassment, or IP infringement.
All content, trademarks, and software remain our exclusive property.
We may suspend/terminate access for violation of Terms, non-payment, fraud, or abuse. You remain responsible for charges incurred before termination.
Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties.
Wayward Media’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by Wyoming law. Disputes resolved in Wyoming courts unless arbitration is mandated.
We may update Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via website or email.
