Digital Services & Content (consulting, subscriptions, media products, downloads). Optional Physical Goods (merchandise, printed materials).
Pricing, Taxes, & Billing Authorization
Prices may change anytime. Taxes shown at checkout. By ordering, you authorize us and our processor to charge your method.
Subscriptions, Free Trials & Cancellations
Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Free trials convert unless canceled before end. Cancellations effective at end of billing cycle.
Refund & Dispute Policy (Digital)
Refunds considered for duplicates, technical issues, or mischarges. Typically not refundable: change of mind, partial use, completed services. Returns for Physical Goods 30-day return window. Must be unused, in original packaging. Certain items (perishables, personalized, clearance) not returnable.
Delivery & Fulfillment
Digital: immediate or within 1–2 business days. Physical: ship within 2–4 business days; carrier delays outside our control.
Promotions
Promotions subject to eligibility, terms, and fraud protections. Promo-specific terms override conflicts.
Export & Restrictions
